Thank you for shopping with LERO. This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle eligible returns and refunds for products purchased through the LERO online store. This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and our separate 30-Day Limited Warranty.
Return Window
We accept returns of eligible, non-defective items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be opened but still in like-new condition, with no signs of misuse, damage, or excessive wear, and it must include all original components provided with the order.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for items that are damaged through misuse, abuse, modification, improper handling, or other causes not attributable to LERO.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, you must contact us at lerocables@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and a brief explanation of the return request. We may require photos of the item before authorizing the return.
Return Shipping Costs
For approved non-defect returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Original Shipping Charges
Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a defective product, or a damaged or incorrect item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect an authorized return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method for the eligible refunded amount. Your payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Refund Denials
We reserve the right to deny refunds for items returned without authorization, items that are not eligible for return, or items returned in a condition inconsistent with this policy.
Defective or Damaged Products
Products that are defective may also be covered by our separate 30-Day Limited Warranty. If you believe your product is defective, please review our 30-Day Limited Warranty for full coverage terms, exclusions, claim procedures, and remedies.
