30-Day Limited Warranty

LERO, a sole proprietorship owned by Leroy Herrick III (“LERO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides this 30-Day Limited Warranty for eligible LERO products sold directly through the LERO online store.

Who Is Covered
This Limited Warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and is not transferable.
What Products Are Covered
This Limited Warranty applies to LERO-branded charging cables and included accessories sold directly through the LERO online store, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page.
Warranty Period
This Limited Warranty begins on the date your order is delivered and lasts for 30 days.
What This Limited Warranty Covers
During the 30-day warranty period, LERO warrants that the covered product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended consumer use.
What This Limited Warranty Does Not Cover
This Limited Warranty does not cover damage or problems caused by:

accidental damage;
-
misuse, abuse, or improper handling;
-
improper storage;
-
cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality;
-
unauthorized modification or repair;
-
use with incompatible devices, chargers, accessories, or power sources;
-
bending, fraying, crushing, pulling, overheating, or other abnormal use; or
-
continued use after damage, malfunction, or unsafe conditions become apparent.
This Limited Warranty also does not cover products that have been altered, misused, or used in a manner inconsistent with any instructions, warnings, or compatibility information provided by LERO.
What LERO Will Do
If a valid warranty claim is approved during the warranty period, LERO will first attempt to provide a replacement for the defective product.
If a replacement is unavailable or not commercially reasonable, LERO may instead provide a refund of the original purchase price of the affected product.
How To Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, you must contact LERO within the 30-day warranty period at:

Please include:

your order number or other reasonable proof of purchase;

a brief description of the problem; and

any requested supporting photos or video showing the issue.
Do not send the product back unless LERO specifically instructs you to do so.
For approved claims, LERO may require reasonable verification, including photos, video, or confirmation that the defective product has been disposed of, before issuing a replacement or refund.
Shipping and Claim Costs
You will not be charged for shipping of a replacement product on an approved warranty claim.
Unless LERO specifically requests return of the product, you should not incur return-shipping costs for warranty service.
Limitations
This Limited Warranty is the only express product warranty provided by LERO unless LERO states otherwise in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties that apply to the covered product, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the 30-day warranty period stated above.
Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
